This is a strictly technical and sales oriented training program designed around the specific needs of larger companies and franchise organizations. These events cover the same technical and sales information as the "CRAFTSMAN'S CHOICE" program but without the marketing, joint venture and business building aspects. If your company has more than five technicians, this is the perfect choice to maximize the effectiveness of each technician. It starts with an EXTREMELY HANDS-ON course and was designed for technicians who want to learn some very efficient methods for restoring, maintaining and protecting marble, travertine, limestone, slate, granite and various types of tile and stone and tile.This is a hands on event meant to allow attendees to work with various types of equipment, processes and chemicals to gain confidence in order to actually go out the next day start generating revenue with the most advanced techniques available. Most attendees are amazed at the depth of information covered and the "break it down" into the simplest terms style of teaching. The more advanced portions of the training are broken down piece by piece and covered in the following manner in order to help you really learn what you came here for.

Abrasive Sanding Of Stone Floors (Methods for proper diamond sanding of stone floors with abrasive diamond pads, powders and brushes)
Counter Top Refinishing (Procedures for using abrasives and polishing compounds to restore damaged marble counter tops)
